Mary O'Dwyer is an Australian women's health physiotherapist who knows the results women can achieve with the right resources. This site is her contribution, along with her books and workshops, to raising awareness of pelvic floor health for all stages of life. Mary continues to work clinically as well as teaching throughout Australia and internationally.
